All these data allow the automatic decision of the color quantities to be produced.

Products Management
Colors, auxiliaries and thickeners are characterised in an appropriate archive that resumes:
Printing class
Product specification (color, thickener, auxiliaries, …)
Concentration

Color Ways Management
Printing color ways are created inserting single recipes inside screens or taking them by a color atlas.
Functions copy / paste allow an easy and quick repetition of recipes present in different screens or color ways, avoiding key mistakes, and allowing eventual compacting of the quantities in single bucket.
It is also expected the estimate quantification of the color way cost at its creation, in order to allow an optimum recipes selection and costs management.

Orders Management
Printing order is generated putting on sequence draws and color ways that compose it, dynamically joined to underlayers to be printed.
Meters to be printed, underlayer type and the selected printing machine are used to determine automatically color quantities to be produced.
All data are resumed in a personalised working folder that is generated
and printed.

Costs and Statistics
With all available data system allows to create a reports series:
Products consumption control
Productivity for each single dosing head
Daily production
Produced and recovered quantities (if Recovery System is present)
