Followed by the positive experience of MONOLITH, the idea for a new compact monoblock
Thickeners Automatic Preparing Unit was born, named TETRAGON.
This system automates the process of printing pastes preparation using a weighing system on loading cells,
and realizing recipes with both liquid and powder auxiliaries.
The whole process to set the colours, definition and production, is controlled by a fully
computerised system, using software tools of the latest generation for development, data base, network,
remote assistance, etc.
At last we have to consider our complete line of washing for every dimensions containers,
which extends itself continuously with new high technology models.
As regards nickel screens used in the rotary printing, besides the traditional complete line
of photoengraving machines, Fimat has realised a new system for their recovery.
Our new and already successful rotary screens recovery system (mod. SSS) allows to recovery
the screens with any more useful old patterns with an incredible saving of money.
Our machines exploits the principle of ultrasonic generation combined to the action of biodegradable
and not toxic chemical products which are inert towards nickel.
The final performance of the process is really exceptional: if the screen to be recovered
does not present mechanical damages before the process, it will result as new.
The screens washing machines (mod. SWK – SWM) permit the simultaneous washing until 4
screens with a considerable saving of time and of water consumption.
The well-established experience of our technicians and management has allowed to reach very well
