Fimat Srl was founded in 1986 by two Como families active in the textile sector, under the leadership of Engineer Mauro Leoni. From the outset, the company stood out for its technical and commercial innovation, producing washing, mixing and photoengraving machines for major brands in the printing and colour kitchens sector.
Over time it consolidated an international network and gained commercial independence becoming a leader in automatic colour and printing paste dosing systems.
Fimat is distinguished by compact, modular and easy-to-install solutions, such as Monolith, Tetragon and Drums-Gun, designed and manufactured in-house. Unlike the competition, Fimat manufactures its key components in-house, guaranteeing greater reliability and quality.
After almost 40 years in business, Fimat is looking to the future by focusing on new markets and applications. Its technologies, born for textile printing, are already appreciated in other sectors such as graphics, ceramics, chemicals, tanning and coating, with ample possibilities for international expansion.
